Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our course, enrolling in our workshop (online or offline), or subscribing to our services operated by JT Global Consulting FZ-LLC.
General Policy
All purchases made for courses, workshops, or services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Batch Transfers & Substitutions
- You may request to shift to a different batch (online or offline).
- You may allow another candidate to attend the course/workshop in your place.
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session starts.
- No batch or name changes will be accepted after this window.
Certificate Policy
- Certificates are issued only once, and only in the name of the person who completes the course/workshop and required exam or assignment.
No Shows & Access
- If a candidate does not attend, they are marked absent.
- No extended access or refunds are provided in such cases.
Note: Batch transfers or exceptions are at the sole discretion of JT Global Consulting FZ-LLC.
Subscription Payment Refund Policy
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
You may still cancel future subscriptions to avoid additional charges:
- Cancel directly via your payment platform (e.g., Google Pay, UPI app).
- Or, email us at support@jatanshah.in to request cancellation.
Please cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
Technical Issues & Exceptions
If you encounter a technical issue from our end and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Contact our support via the email provided in the FAQ section of your course/workshop.
- We respond within 14 working days.
- If eligible, refunds are processed within 15 days of acknowledgment.
- Refunds do not apply to user-side hardware/software issues.
